ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

Support the Anderson Museum of Art in its efforts to elevate the arts in Anderson! This is not your traditional fundraiser. This is a unique opportunity for 85 people to show how important the arts is in our community by rapelling down the side of a 6-story building.
Who can sign-up? Anyone wishing to experience the thrill of rapelling down a building and raising funding for the Anderson Museum of Art. You must be between 100 and 299 pounds, and if under 18, a parent’s permission will be required to participate. Participants with disabilities are able and encourage to be part of the event. You can help fundraise for the cause once you register or you can make a donation.

Registration Info

Individuals interested in going Over the Edge must register and set a minimum goal of raising $1,000.  Registration includes a $100 deposit that is applied to your $1,000 goal minimum.  Registration secures your spot in the lineup and gives you access to the full toolkit provided by AMOA to achieve your fundraising goal. All edgers will also receive an event T-shirt.

Support includes:

  • 1) Fundraising tool kit
  • 2) Personal fundraising webpage to share your story and collect donations
  • 3) Exclusive invitation to AMOA Supporter Night and an OTE pre-party that will educate and inspire you to exceed your goal
  • 4) Direct access to AMOA staff and committee members to assist you in your efforts including monthly Zoom calls and regular updates

Become a Daring Duo!

A daring duo is just that – two people who commit to going Over the Edge together! We have had mother/daughter, sisters, husband/wife, childhood friends, co-workers, and many more duos take and accomplish the 6-story challenge.  Daring Duo’s share the fundraising goals and their networks to achieve the goal!  The minimum target goal for a Daring Duo is $1800, $200 less than an individual edger.  Not only will you share an incredible experience with someone special, together you will become the dynamic duo to your friends and the arts!

Become a Fearless Leader Team!

In addition to individual Edgers there is an opportunity for area businesses and organizations to get in on the fun!  Our Fearless Leaders encourages area employers, organizations, and groups of individuals who want to send multiple individuals over the edge.  A Fearless Leader Teams agrees to raise a minimum of $2,000 for the first edger and $800 for each additional edger.  The team sets the strategy for achieving the goal AND selecting the representative. AMOA will provide you with resources to help you plan and execute your strategy, including custom fundraising pages, workplace and employee engagement and donation strategies, and much more.

Purchase a VIP Pass

Purchase an Over the Edge VIP pass for just $25 for full access to our VIP area. VIPs will receive special accommodations including specialty seating, food and beverage, and a complimentary raffle ticket for OTE prizes. Sponsored by Wyatt’s Furniture.

Become a Vendor

  • The cost for a single 10 x 10 booth is $30 or $20 for AMOA Members.
  • If you need electricity a single booth is $50 or $40 for AMOA Members.

Non-profits are invited to attend for free as long as they provide a family activity. Please just fill out the form.
