A stem rises from the lower left and appeared to be the support for all the leaves. There are five large dark and light green leaves down the center of the image. Surrounding the large leaves are smaller leaves of various colors and textures. Many are made from painted watercolor paper pieces in various bright colors such as pink, purple, red, blue, and teal. One lime green and gray leaf on the left side resembles an abstracted ginkgo leaf. The upper left corner and the lower right corner are a mixture of grays and greens. The upper right corner is all white. The panel board's holes are peeking through in various areas, but mostly in the upper right and lower right. The piece is signed, engraved, "Kdalton 2017" in the encaustic on the lower right corner. The piece is also titled, dated, and signed in pencil on verso in the upper left corner. The edges have been kept plain, possibly stained, wood.
