"Introducing my eleven colors, hand-pulled, limited edition, linocut block print on handmade Mingeishi Awagami mulberry paper "Poudre River~ Rustic." The inspiration was the beautiful russet-colored rhodochrosite canyon in which my mother's house sits facing the Poudre River, pines, and aspen within the Roosevelt National Forrest near Rustic, Colorado. Like printmaker Gustave Baumann, I used a reduction method, oil inks, and a manual flatbed press.
