6-color lithograph on white paper (no watermark, etc.) depicting in the foreground a bird holding a palette and brushes painting a woman and horse on a panel resting on an easel. Above and to the right of the bird are two figures, one a man and the other a woman who are embracing. In the central middle ground is a village composed of several buildings. Beyond is a single mountain and sky. To the left and right appear the tops of trees which extend out of the image. The print is unsigned and undated.
On the verso along the bottom edge in pencil is written "77-5-16" which is a registration number for Roten Gallery. Along the left edge is a 1/4" area that indicated the print was once bound, probably in a book. General information: the print was printed and published in 1972 by Mourlot Freres of Paris in an edition of 10,000 plus 50 signed prints.
