Eye-Props 1 & 2
Drawing
A double matted and single framed drawing with Eye-Props 1 on top and Eye-Props 2 on the bottom. Each are individually matted and includes a small metal plaque below each piece with its name. Both drawings have the same shape, two cubes connected creating a horizontal image.
Eye-Props 1 is filled with rings, two in each cube. The left cube has a blue top and red and yellow sides. The rings are green and lavender. The second cube has a purple bottom with green and orange sides. The rings are red and yellow. The entire image is covered with a white grid that casts shadows on top of the cubes.
Eye-Props 2 is similar but contains arches or rings cut in half. The coloring is similar which the cube on the left has a blue top and yellow and red sides. The arches are more varied in color including red, orange, green, blue, and purple. The right cube has a multi-colored, dark, bottom, and green and orange sides. The are colors are a little softer, more pastel, and contrasting in the lights and darks, than Eye-Props 1. The drawing is also covered with a white grid casting shadows.
Both are signed "gee" at the bottom point of the right cube in pencil (graphite).
