The title "Holier than Thou" is typed in black in a serif font on a white background. Back is the same without the title. The title is typed again on the inside cover. The first page after the cover is a man playing the trumpet on a gold background and a side view of a man's face from the neck up with a light blue background. The next pages include a paragraph of text beginning with "We need to be judgemental..." followed by an image of a girl resting her head on her left hand on a light yellow background and a side view of a man from the waist up on a light green background. The next pages consist of images beginning with a man sitting with a golden yellow background, the side view of a man with a hat and glasses against a white background, a larger man sitting in a chair against a light blue background, and a large man standing at a counter against a gray background. The next set of pages contain four more images including a pregnant woman on a golden yellow background, a man sitting with a man on a white background, a woman with her hands interlocked on a golden yellow background, and a bald man sitting on a light blue background. The next set includes a man standing with a light green background, a woman sitting with a ponytail on a creme background, and text that describes the book making process. "Colophon: Drawn, etched, typeset, printed and bound by David Johnson at Ameila Press in Muncie Indiana. The paper is BFK with various Japanese papers used for chine colle.
